Job Responsibilities:
* Good know of computers (MS office) alongwith call logging softwares like Track IT, Unicenter, HP OV, Remedy, Service tracker & etc.
* Should be able to analyze the call & to provide 1st level support to the user.
* Should be ready to work in shifts without availing pick / drop facility.
* Should have 0.6 months to 2 Years of experience.
* Preference in given to both freshers and experienced candidates.
* Job opening is with one of our client (MNC Company)
* Note: Candidates have to bring copy of resume, a copy of Academic certificates.
